About Dolls and Decor
My Story
I started Dolls and Decor with a passion to share my dolls with other doll lovers. I've loved dolls my entire life...as long as I can remember. I was an only child, so my dolls were my friends.
In 2007, when my daughters were teenagers and beginning to grow up, I started collecting the Barbies I played with as a child from 1975 through 1982. I found them on Ebay. Soon, I moved to Vintage Barbies. After discovering that I still loved playing with dolls by cleaning them, dressing them and restyling their hair, I began studying and collecting other vintage and antique dolls. I studied and taught myself to restore dolls. I love to see a TLC doll turn back into a beauty!
I have a 1930 home in Sherman, Texas. I also enjoy collecting, decorating with and selling vintage and antique decor.
Products and Services
Dolls and Decor buys and sells Vintage Barbie and Friends, Composition Dolls (especially Shirley Temple, Patsy Dolls) and vintage decor. I also provide Doll Restoration Services.
